Eat Me Out Socks
Eat Me Out Socks
Takeout instructions have become alarmingly personal.
Eat Me Out Socks pair the phrase with a bright green noodle bowl and red chopsticks, giving a filthy double entendre the visual cover of dinner. From a distance, cute food graphic. Up close, absolutely not about noodles anymore. The joke works because the illustration keeps trying to restore innocence while the text ruins that possibility immediately.
These cheeky adult novelty socks are for lesbians, bi women, queer foodies and anyone whose sense of humour becomes less employable after 9 p.m. Wear them on a date, to a queer night, during takeout or as an aggressively unsubtle sleepover accessory. They also make a hilarious sapphic gift for somebody who likes noodles and has no objection to the second interpretation.
